Return & Refund Policy

Dolce Vita Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Dolce Vita leather and fashions. We hope that the item(s) you purchased fit to your liking. In case they do not, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To initiate a return, the item must be unworn and in its original condition. Please try on the purchased goods immediately upon receiving them, keeping all tags on. If you wish to return the item(s) after trying them on, they must be shipped at your expense, in their original condition with tags still attached, as the item(s) need to be restocked for sale.

When trying on purchased shoes, please do so on a soft carpeted floor to avoid scratching the sole of the shoe, as any shoes returned with scratches on the sole will be considered as worn. We are happy to refund any shoe purchase, but please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, including the original box and dust covers if applicable.  

Returns on Sales and Clearance Items:

Please note that items with a "Final Sale" tag are not eligible for return or refund. The "final sale" tag indicates that the item is discounted to the point where it cannot be returned, so please consider this before making a purchase of a "Final Sale" tagged item. However, sales and clearance items that do not have a "Final Sale" tag are eligible for return and will follow the same return procedure as other items. 


All purchases will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, which are not considered business days. For high value orders/items, which are defined as orders/items with a total value of $300 and above, signature confirmation will be included to ensure it reaches its intended destination. Arrival dates may vary based on location. An automated email with tracking information will be sent to customers upon completion of shipping for their reference.

​Please note that return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.


​All sales are contingent upon availability. We strive to maintain up-to-date inventory information and update it on a daily basis. However, in the event that the item(s) ordered is unavailable, the customer will be promptly notified of its unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and the order will be cancelled.


​If you need to cancel your order, kindly contact us immediately to notify us of your request. Please note that cancellation requests must be received before the order is shipped. Once the shipment has been purchased, cancellations are no longer possible as the order will be in the process of being fulfilled. In such cases, it will be treated as a return, as it is beyond the point of cancellation.
